VivyVeil은 해외에 거주하는 아시아 얼터너티브 패션 컬렉터를 위한 대리 구매 서비스입니다. 저희는 재고를 보유하지 않습니다. 주문이 확정되면 저희가 원 판매처에서 대신 구매하고, 검수 후 국제 배송으로 보내드립니다.

What we mean by

Wing

An aesthetic direction shared across pieces on VivyVeil. Wings group products by mood rather than by material or country. The Gothic wing collects pieces reading as gothic, the Sweet wing collects sweet Lolita, and so on. Every product on VivyVeil belongs to one primary wing.

Atelier

ALSO: designer · 工坊 · workshop

An independent small-batch clothing designer or workshop whose pieces we curate for our customers. Ateliers usually range from a single designer to a small group producing limited runs. VivyVeil buys their pieces on your behalf as a proxy shopper. We have no exclusive contract or licence with any of them.

Wish deposit (意愿金)

A small, fully refundable pre-order reservation on VivyVeil. Paying a wish deposit signals your interest in a piece but does not commit either side to a completed sale. When enough wish deposits accumulate within the disclosed window, we place the group order with the original seller on your behalf. If the threshold is not reached, every wish deposit is refunded in full.

Deposit and balance

A pre-order option on VivyVeil for pieces the original seller only opens for pre-order. You pay a partial deposit at order, typically 30 to 50 percent of the piece price. The balance covers the remaining piece price plus international shipping and any opted-in shipping insurance, and is settled once the piece arrives at our inspection point and passes check, before we forward it to the international carrier.

Direct buy

A purchase mode where the piece is already available as finished goods from the original seller. You pay in full at checkout. We buy the piece on your behalf, inspect it when it arrives, and dispatch. The default mode for most pieces currently listed on the storefront.

Pre-shipment inspection

The inspection VivyVeil runs on every piece before it is tendered to the international carrier. Covers material flaws such as open seams or snapped closures, colour and trim deviation from the listing, and sizing tolerance against the size chart provided. Failures are refunded in full.

DDU / DAP shipping

ALSO: delivered duty unpaid · delivered at place · importer of record

The shipping model VivyVeil uses for every international parcel. You are the importer of record and pay destination customs duty, import VAT or GST, and any brokerage fee directly to the carrier at delivery. VivyVeil does not collect or remit destination duty on your behalf.
