About us
VivyVeil (operating entity: VivyVeil Atelier, Wyoming LLC) is a proxy-buying and archival platform for Asian alternative fashion. We provide paid proxy-purchasing and the related logistics, quality inspection, and refund-handling services.
Scope of service
Our services include but are not limited to: proxy-purchasing specified goods from third-party brands, ateliers, or the secondary market; receiving, inspecting, photographing, and packing items at our warehouse; shipping internationally to the address you specify; and providing after-sales support and refund handling. We are not the official agent, authorized representative, or affiliate of any brand listed.
Purchase modes
This site currently offers three purchase modes: Direct Buy, Deposit + Balance, and Wish Deposit. The refund rules, production timeline, and default conditions of each mode are governed by the terms presented at checkout; see the Refund Policy for details.
Prohibited content
Uploading or requesting any content that violates the laws of your jurisdiction is prohibited, and requests for counterfeit goods are not allowed. We reserve the right to refuse orders or sourcing requests and to suspend accounts.
Limitation of liability
Responsibility for an item's own design rests with the brand; damage in transit is handled within the carrier's scope of liability; refunds for matters not caused by our fault are not supported.
Changes
These Terms of Service may be updated. Updated versions will be announced by email and a notice on the website. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
Customs, duties, and import taxes
The recipient (customer) is responsible for all duties, import taxes, customs clearance, and agency fees levied by the destination customs authority or carrier. Our listed prices do not include duties or import taxes; an estimate is provided at checkout where available, but it is for reference only and may differ from the actual assessment. If a package is returned because the customer refuses delivery or fails to pay duties, the customer bears the return shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee, and the goods/service fee is handled per the Refund Policy. We declare the value of goods truthfully and in accordance with the law, without under-declaring or concealing. Clearance time is outside our control and may add 2–14 days beyond the carrier's transit time.
