Dates are estimates based on the atelier's stated production time. We write to you when the balance becomes payable. Nothing is charged automatically unless you ask for it.
- Your price is locked at the deposit. Vendor price rises, currency moves and shipping increases are ours to absorb.
- Your place in the atelier's production run is reserved from the moment the deposit clears.
- Cancel for a full refund any time in the first 24 hours, and at any point before we place the order with the atelier.
